United States News Title: Sanders Demands FBI Investigate Whether Kavanaugh Lied to Congress -- Grassley Responds Sanders Demands FBI Investigate Whether Kavanaugh Lied to Congress Saturday, September 29, 2018 BURLINGTON, Vt., Sept. 29 U.S. Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-Vt.) sent the following letter Saturday to Judiciary Committee Chairman Sen. Chuck Grassley (R-Iowa) demanding that the reopened FBI investigation into Judge Brett Kavanaugh examine the veracity of the judge's testimony before the committee, in addition to accusations made by Dr. Christine Blasey Ford, Deborah Ramirez and Julie Swetnick. "A fundamental question the FBI can help answer is whether Judge Kavanaugh has been truthful with the committee. This goes to the very heart of whether he should be confirmed to the court," Sanders wrote. Sanders also called on the Senate to give the FBI as much time as the bureau needs to complete a thorough investigation. "First and foremost, we need the truth," said Sanders. Below is the text of the letter: Dear Chairman Grassley, In order for this FBI investigation regarding Judge Brett Kavanaughs nomination to be complete, it is imperative the bureau must not only look into the accusations made by Dr. Ford, Deborah Ramirez and Julie Swetnick, it should also examine the veracity of his testimony before the Judiciary Committee. The Senate should not constrain the FBI to one week and must allow time for a full investigation. I would request that you inform the FBI that you will not consider their work complete until they examine the truthfulness of Judge Kavanaughs statements under oath while testifying before the Senate throughout his career, given the very serious fact that lying to Congress is a federal crime. If you are concerned with a delay in this confirmation process, remember that Senate Republicans refused to allow the Senate to consider Merrick Garlands nomination to the Supreme Court for nearly a year. In addition to investigating the accusations made by multiple women, a thorough investigation should include a review of Judge Kavanaughs numerous untruthful statements in his previous testimony before Congress. Specifically: Additionally, several statements made by Judge Kavanaugh under oath regarding his treatment of women and his use of alcohol appear not to be true. The scope of the FBIs investigation must include investigating the following statements: A fundamental question the FBI can help answer is whether Judge Kavanaugh has been truthful with the committee. This goes to the very heart of whether he should be confirmed to the court. If a thorough investigation takes longer than a week, so be it. First and foremost, we need the truth. Sincerely, Bernard Sanders - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - https://www.scribd.com/document/389793278/Grassley-to-Bernie-Sanders-29-Sep-2018

Just shows you how demented Sanders really is. He is not the nice guy they claim he is. You know him by the fact that he pushes socialism to young people like crack dealers push crack to children! This also shows you that they demoncrats know that if Kavanaugh is confirmed its over for them in the supreme court. There has been no evidence of any wrong doing by Kavanaugh which demands then if Kavanaugh is not lying who is? Now we must investigate the accusers and the people pushing the accusers. This would only be equal justice if the government investigates the demoncrats and the accusers! There is an ole saying. Watch what you ask for because you might just get it!

The filthy piece of shit wants to get the sheep hooked on welfare, like a crack dealer gets a drug lover hooked on heroin.
I believe Ford is mentally ill and not responsible. I believe her attorney manipulated her to go to Washington and testify at a televised hearing. I also believe her attorney failed to ensure her client made an informed decision to go, with the knowledge that she could have been interviewed in California or wherever she was at, or she could have testified at a private, closed hearing at the Senate.
