After avoiding a reckless driver, our member Joyce thought the worst was over. She soon found out the worst was just beginning. Let's take "Joyce" at her word -- she put her weapon on her lap and backed up and drove around the other person when she approached and started to get close.
So, how did the other person know she had a weapon?

Well, you need to argue with the DA, and the members of the Grand Jury. They returned a No Bill, charges were dropped. They were privy to more evidence than you are.
You should go to them and tell them that you are " misterwhite ", that you are infallible, and that they are FOS !!

Well, apparently they dropped the charges, because they did not think they could prove a case against her, whatever it was they were going to charge her with.
I just find it very funny that you continue to argue that the DA and the Grand Jury should have pursued charges against this lady.
I guess that would help you to explain the over reaction of the Swat Team being sent against a elderly " Bonnie Parker ". A Swat Team ? 8 Officers ? Really ?? I guess they did not have any kids Kool aide stands to raid that day. :)
I would guess that if they needed to arrest some MS 13 members, they would need to call in the 82nd Airborne Division, with a Squadron of A-10 Warthogs to back them up. LOL
And here you are trying to tell us you have a better, more informed understanding of the facts, and what should have been done, better than the Grand Jury, AND the DA. LOL !!!!!

Maybe. But not as overblown as Swat Team sending a heavily armed 8 man team to arrest a little granny, when one officer would have been more than sufficient. And it was such a nothing case, the Grand Jury returned a No Bill, and the DA dropped charges.
