At this point in the narrative, there's no dispute that it's a case of road rage, and if the other driver stopped her for a confrontation, it's already established who the aggressor is, regardless of the alleged traffic offense of running a stop sign.

Dude... don't you get it that this victim you are defending, who already ran a stop sign, is a gun grabbing liberal?
Or maybe you clued together from the events described that there is a high likelihood that the "victim" here you are defending had some relationship ties to law enforcement. That would explain the running of the stop sign, I guess, as well as the road rage and how there must have been some lingering, active force at the police department to push this case through to the point where a SWAT raid was conducted some 2 months later. Yes, there had to be some inside pressure there, right?? Someone was on a power trip and couldn't leave well enough alone for getting honked at for 2 straight months. Yeah, sounds just like a power-tripping corrupt cop.
