MIAMI - The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention issued a reminder that some may laugh at. But apparently, it needs to be said. They are urging Americans to stop re-using condoms. The message was posted on Twitter earlier this week. "We say it because people do it: Don't wash or reuse #condoms! Use a fresh one for each #sex act." Research has found that as many as three percent of people have tried to reuse condoms, and half us have put a condom on too late or removed it too soon, the Daily Mail said. "Correctly using male condoms and other barriers like female condoms and dental dams, every time, can reduce (though not eliminate) the risk of sexually transmitted diseases (STDs), including human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) and viral hepatitis," the CDC said. You'll get more respect from the neighbors, and more action if you hang them out. Maybe some sort of good housekeeping/civic achievement award too.
All you probably need is the torn off pinky from a latex glove.

I would suggest a hair dryer. Just wrap that sucker (so to speak) on the end of the dryer nozzle and turn it on. Depending on the grip, you'll either need to make sure it doesn't balloon away or, in the alternative, explode, so you gotta be fast on the trigger.
Hitlery has been washing Billy Goat's condoms for years. There are many holes in his condoms, but he doesn't care as he spreads his likeness across Arkansas and the world. Hitlery is so fastidious that she sometimes sucks the fluid out and considers it clean.
