So where does the law say he can't unrecuse himself, assuming he's not too worthless and lazy to do so?
Problem is Trump can't fire Session(which if memory serves so many on the libertarian side wanted) or Rodstien without losing many in the GOP which will make Trump a lame duck president and very vulnerable to impeachment by the demoncrat party. The only thing Trump can do is pressure both through the media. I personally think that the GOP do not want rock the boat by indicting Clinton and dropping nonsensical prosecutions of GOP members for fear of MSM attacking them.
