Not unusual for a couple of reasons: In a meeting where the subject matter being discussed will ultimately be memorialized in writing, taping then transcribing is common. and - DS45 is such a lying sack of shit. The prosecution team would not have the recording(s) if the orange team hadn't waived the privileged status. The State of New York has a one-party consent law, meaning Trump does not have to consent or even know about the recording. Legally, that recording may be shared by anyone with anyone. Ethically, it may not be shared by a lawyer due to attorney-client privilege.
