AND.... editing audio transcripts can easily be done these days and has been editable to create incriminating content for years. People have taken innocent speeches by "dignitaries" and completely created a fake version that has them openly calling for nuclear war. And it is their voice. So it is convenient that the message is partially garbled. Perhaps intentionally so. And yes, if Cohen was spying on Trump then Trump is coming off as ever the victim of all around him, and not because he's made any claim to be such as liberals commonly whine about. I think Mom & Pop America will easy see things that way, just as they saw it in the 2016 election. The biggest question by far I seen in all this, is why Cohen recorded a conversation with his client without consent or knowledge by Trump? Was he in the practice of recording all his clients, or just Trump? Or did he record him at all? Maybe the FBI recorded it and later claimed it was Cohen's doing. Who knows? The State of New York has a one-party consent law, meaning Trump does not have to consent or even know about the recording. Legally, that recording may be shared by anyone with anyone. Ethically, it may not be shared by a lawyer due to attorney-client privilege. The recording in question (and nearly a hundred more) were collected during the FBI raid on the homes and offices of Mikey the Fixer in April. The evidence was reviewed by a former judge hired by SDNY. The evidence was also reviewed by Cohen's attorney, and by DD45's attorney. Trump's attorneys waived any claim to privilege.
