According to the City of Tallahassee Police Department, a citizen sent in a video of Officer Tony Carlson shaving a homeless man's beard. The homeless man reportedly entered a McDonald's looking for a job. The restaurant told him they wouldn't hire him unless he shaved his beard. The officer witnessed this occurrence and offered to help. So the officer went and got some clippers and shaved the man's beard so he could go back and get a job! I am so proud to live in a community where our deputies and officers are such wonderful people. The homeless man knew he wasn't a licensed, professional barber and had no expectations of getting a professional trim. As a libertarian, he feels that he gets to decide what is right and what is wrong. You must understand that in his world, it is okay for someone to feed the homeless without a food handlers license even thought the law requires one. And on the other hand, he believe a cop doing a homeless man a favor aid shaving his beard should be arrested because he does not a licensed barber.. Now, there is the height of his hypocrisy.
