Police had responded to a 911 call early Christmas morning. "Carlos Irwin Estevez, also known as the actor Charles I. Sheen, was brought to the Pitkin County Colorado Jail for booking and incarceration following his arrest by the Aspen Police Department,” sheriff's patrol director Jeff Lumsden said in a statement. Police said the victim was not hospitalized, and they did not release a name. TMZ is reporting -- from an unnamed source -- that the woman involved was Sheen's third wife, Brooke Mueller. His PR machine went into overdrive when he divorced Denise Richards to make everybody think she was at fault in order to save his carrer,and managed to destroy her career because of all the slurs. They never managed to explain why SHE got the children if the abuse and other bad conduct was on her side,despite him having a MUCH larger and MUCH richer family that could have afforded to hire nannies 24/7. Then again,they didn't have to. They had publicists and reporters backing their case,and she had nobody but her one lawyer. In Hollywood,a accusation by somebody a part of the in-crowd is all that is needed. No proof is required. Maybe now people will start to open their eyes and see just exactly the sort of scum it is that they have been supporting. Hell,he's not even a good actor.
