LEFT WING LOONS Title: Michigan: Franklin Hills Country Club hosts fundraiser for Democrat, but cancels pro-Trump Republican ts unconscionable, but growing ever more common. The left is increasingly determined to deny all platforms to those who dissent from its insidious agenda. Even a Congressional candidate who is pro-Trump, Lena Epstein, was considered unacceptable by the Franklin Hills Country Club, solely because she is pro-Trump. The left has been doing this to my colleagues and me for years, and now it is increasingly clear that I was right all along when I warned that it wouldnt stop with those smeared as islamophobes. Lena Epstein Fundraiser Cancelled Due to Her Political Views, Lena Epstein For Congress, June 27, 2018 (thanks to Kenny): Troy, MI A fundraiser being held for Lena for Congress at Franklin Hills Country Club scheduled for today was cancelled by the board of directors. The campaign was told the cancellation was due to Lenas political views. She released the following statement: Several days ago, I was told that a fundraiser being held for me at Franklin Hills Country Club, where my family has been members for generations had been cancelled. Upon hearing this, I was upset, but did not want to make the issue public. The situation escalated when it was published on social media, and picked up by a news outlet. After seeing whats been happening across the country to Republicans like Sarah Sanders and Pam Bondi, I wanted the opportunity to share what happened to me. The event had been scheduled and confirmed for over a month, and was fully compliant with Franklin Hills rules. Thats why it was so unsettling to hear by those who cancelled the event, the decision was made because they disagreed with my political views. I have no qualms in admitting I was an adamant supporter of Donald Trump in 2016. I did everything I could to help elect him, and give him the opportunity to go to Washington D.C. to drain the swamp and implement his America First policies. Today, I still strongly support our President, and couldnt be more proud that he is keeping his campaign promises. Although Ive never been bashful about my support of President Trump, I have never shamed others for disagreeing with me. Just one month ago, members of Franklin Hills hosted a fundraiser for the brother of CNNs Sanjay Gupta, Suneel Gupta, a Democrat who is also running for the 11th Congressional District seat. The same Franklin Hills that cancelled my event for political reasons. Its deeply disappointing Republicans are being held to a separate set of standards. Im an adult, and a strong enough person to deal with things not always going my way. But this isnt just about one fundraiser being cancelled. It represents a much bigger issue were now facing as a nation. The double standards, and unfair targeting of Sarah Sanders, Pam Bondi, and now myself should not be tolerated. Nor should the hateful rhetoric of Maxine Waters. We need to learn how to have civil discussions, and be cordial with those we dont always agree with. On the campaign trail, I dont always see eye to eye with everyone I meet. But at the end of the day we can still be kind to one another. I will not let this unfortunate situation deter me from continuing to support our President. And I will not let it deter me from fighting for the people of Southeast Michigan. I hope lessons can be learned from this, and we can work toward treating everyone fairly, regardless of political beliefs. I am determined to bring grace and dignity back to the political discourse in this country. Lena Epstein is a candidate for the United State House of Representatives, who has spent the last 15 years as a savvy automotive industry businesswoman, community leader, and nationally recognized conservative. She is a third- generation co-owner of Michigan-based Vesco Oil Corporation. Lena served as the Co-Chairman of the Donald J. Trump for President campaign and regularly speaks out in favor of America First policies through local, national, and international media outlets. Poster Comment: If she has the resources, she needs to SUE them. This is out right discrimination. OTOH a baker who refuses to back a cake for a homosexual couple, gets fine and as we know it went to the U.S. Supreme Court! This can not be allowed to continue! I had not heard of this one and don't know the people involved but this is clear cut discrimination! On a more cheerful note, I thought this RNC ad was good! The left 2018 Unhinged, should turn people off!

Yes it is. But, unlike homosexuals, Trump supporters are not a protected class.
It IS discrimination, but it's LEGAL discrimination, as it is not based on race, religion, color, national origin, veteran status or the other protected statuses. She's a person whose politics offend the board, so she is disinvited. It is perfectly legal in America to do this. It's only illegal to discriminate against protected classes. Mr. White can give you the details.
For a small fee.
