Bush's IQ is just north of 130 and Im almost certain Obama's is around 110. Which is even below Al Gore and President Ford who I believe is rated the lowest IQ of all Presidents, until Obama.

Not sure that is true. I have known one of these people personally. Knew him in high school. He knew how to converse with other people,but if they didn't want to talk about something like theoretical mathematics,he just didn't have the time to waste with you because he was doing math problems in his head. He wasn't anti-social as much as he was busy,and he didn't have conversations with anyone because no one would understand what he wanted to talk about any more than he could comprehend why anyone was interested in football or cars.
You could see him walking down the hallway in school and say "Freddy,stop!" if you spotted his shoelaces had came untied,and he would stop and stand still until you told him it was ok to walk again after you tied them. It was a small high school with maybe 200 students,and everybody knew Freddy and everybody knew we had to watch out for him. Nobody even tried to pick on him or make fun of him. You just looked out for him like he was your little brother. Everyday one of the neighborhood kids walked him to school by holding his hand to make sure he didn't walk out in front of cars,and every afternoon somebody would walk him from the school to the public library where his mother worked. Needless to say,once he got to the library and the math and science books his mother ordered for the library,Freddy was no problem for anybody.
This was a 14 year old that built a remote control robot for his high school science project. In 1962.
He was INCREDIBLY focused. On science and math. Nothing else was worth noticing in his mind.
