ANCHORAGE, Alaska (AP) An Anchorage judge will likely wait until 2010 before deciding whether state public records law governs the e-mail messages that former Gov. Sarah Palin and her top administration officials sent to one another outside of the state's computer network. Andree McLeod of Anchorage has been seeking copies of the messages. She says in a lawsuit that Palin and her officials violated the public records law by using off-the-record networks to discuss matters of public concern. Assistant Attorney General Michael Mitchell on Tuesday asked state Superior Court Judge Patrick McKay to dismiss the case. McKay took the motion under advisement and said he will probably make a decision after the holidays.
