ANCHORAGE, Alaska - The mother of the man who fathered former Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin's grandson is serving out most of her three-year drug sentence under home confinement. Sherry Johnston was released Monday from Alaska's only women's prison. Her attorney, Rex Butler, says Johnston is wearing an ankle-monitoring device. Johnston was sentenced last month on her guilty plea in August to one count of possession with intent to deliver the painkiller OxyContin. The 43-year-old Johnston is the mother of Levi Johnston. He and 18-year-old Bristol Palin — the eldest daughter of the 2008 Republican vice presidential candidate — were engaged but called off the wedding after their son, Tripp, was born late last year.

Smart move. Why be tied to a family of drug abusers. Look at how the doper Barry turned out. What's the difference between Racism_Boot's mouth and anal pore? There isn't any, they both spew gas and feces.
She should have changed her name to Rush Limbaugh. Then she could have just walked away, free and clear.
Probably had more to do with the green he posses then his name.
I'm sure it was both, but I seem to recall that he had hundreds of pills when he was busted. I doubt that most people would be able to walk away from that.
I'm sure you are right. But money always has an unfair advantage in our courts. It shouldn't be that way but it is imo. Unless you kill a dog like Vick.
