Being a Norm McDonald fan,I made sure I watched that show when it first aired. Norm didn't pull any punches,and I thought that BaBa and Joy were going to stroke out. I ended up jumping up and down and shouting,"YES,YES,YES!"
Norm was rewarded by having his top-rated show immediately cancelled,and this year is the first time he has found work since.
And the Norm of today is not the same Norm he used to be. It's like he has been castrated and fed Quaalude's. He has learned his lesson,and it is obvious he has promised to be a good boy in exchange for another series.
Not that I blame him,but it's still sad to see.

However, he was the last really funny person on SNL. Didn't even finish the first season,though. It was hilarious and pinging the ratings,so BaBa WaWa and ABC had no choice but to have him on The View to promote the show,but Norm was so "Norm" on the The View that they cut his segment short and cancelled his sitcom that day. Episodes already filmed were shown,but that was it.

I just wish CNN would do the same thing today.
A warning isn't necessary for CNN. Everybody knows it's fake news. Their "Operation Tailwind" fiasco blew their cover forever.
