WASHINGTON, D.C. (Friday, April 27, 2018) — Following historic progress between North and South Korea, U.S. Rep. Luke Messer (IN-06) announced he is gathering congressional support to formally nominate President Trump for the Nobel Peace Prize, which Messer has been calling for since March. Poster Comment: Send in the foaming mouthed regressive clowns. :-)

They'll never give it to Trump. But imagine if they did. You wouldn't be able to stop him wearing the prize coin everywhere. He'd wear it to bed even. He would be so happy...
Oh man what it would be like to be a fly in the room while they debate this! They give Obummer the award just because he spewed all the right words while being a 2 face liar with no actually time in office(11days in office).
Members of the committee have publicly expressed their regret in giving him the prize. It was a speculative award, based on what they hoped he would do, namely, to enact a soft lead-from-behind kind of European foreign policy. Obama didn't bother to show up for the ceremony because he was too busy vastly expanding his war in Af-Pak. That was a hard slap in the Committee's face.

Well, it all seems kind of fake when you look at photos of the great peace event. See the happy couple: If Kim didn't have such a big pot belly, these two would have been having dong-to-dong public contact. Call me cynical but it all looks a little over the top to me. And people can congratulate Moon all they want for being a peacemaker but he's still hugging Hitler with a big grin on his face. Kim is still a known and quite grotesque mass murderer who has killed a lot of Koreans.
could they make the prize any more meaningless?, perhaps nominate Kim. The Peace Prize has been meaningless since the gave to Obama for doing nothing. Has the Peace Prize become the prize for firing off cruise missiles
Wait a minute. The 2009 Nobel Peace Prize was already awarded to President Barack Obama "for his extraordinary efforts to strengthen international diplomacy and cooperation between peoples". Oh, I see what they did. They awarded him for his efforts, not for what he actually accomplished ... which was NOTHING.
Not even for that. Odumbass got it because he's brown with a ridiculous Star Wars name and he showed up. That's it. I await the look on his face when the Committee repossesses it out of shame and hands it off to President Trump. Then, I hope Trump says "Look, I don't want it - you gave it to that Mooslum terrorist Arafat and that useless turd Odumbass, after all. So shove it up your barack!"

The hand holding is a cultural thing. Spent 33 months on the Peninsula and never got used to seeing the man on man affection. Remember having a US Soldier in my second command there exercise his open door privilege to come see me directly. He said he came back from leave to find his Korean KATUSA room mate in bed sleeping with his friends. All three of them small bed. Shocked I asked my Senior KATUSA hey what's the deal? He said friends did that and it was normal. I said fine but not in my barracks. They all complied of course because discipline for them was sending them back to the ROK Army. :-)

I forgot to comment on this. 0bama was off somewhere else jaunting around as he vastly expanded our presence in Af-Pak. He was also very peevish around this time that he wasn't able to punish Chicago for voting for him by using his influence as prez to get the 2016 Olympics there. He did go to Copenhagen as a new prez to beg them for those 2016 Olympics, a nice showcase for him in the year he planned to leave office.
