LEFT WING LOONS Title: Governor Pardons Illegal Alien Criminals in Defiant Move Against Trump Criminals and illegal aliens (and those who double as both) have never had a better friend than California Gov. Jerry Brown. This week, Brown proved once again that he deserves the loyalty of California’s ne’er-do-wells when he granted 56 pardons and 14 commutations to convicts, solidifying his status as the most forgiving governor in the state’s history. But what really drew national headlines was Brown’s decision to pardon five illegal immigrants for crimes that were a bit more serious than drug offenses and other nonviolent infractions. One is a Cambodian immigrant who served time for “inflicting corporal injury on a spouse and threatening a crime with the intent to terrorize.” Another served five years in prison after being convicted of kidnapping, robbery, and the use of a firearm. The third is a Thai immigrant convicted of selling drugs and obstructing a police officer. The fourth’s crime: Auto theft. And the fifth was sentenced in 2003 for possession of a controlled substance. We’re not arguing that any of these five (with the exception of the one nabbed for KIDNAPPING and ROBBERY) pose a clear and present threat to their communities; most of these convictions are many years in the past and they all have testimonials to boost their new and improved reputations. But nonetheless, crime is crime, and every last one of these immigrants is in this country illegally. For Brown to issue these pardons is an act of political mischief and a further sign that California wants to live apart from federal immigration law. It is, in our humble judgement, nothing more than another shot across the bow at the Trump administration. That’s certainly how the president received it. He lashed out at Brown in a tweet that condemned the governor’s partisan use of the pardon system. “Governor Jerry ‘Moonbeam’ Brown pardoned 5 criminal illegal aliens whose crimes include (1) Kidnapping and Robbery (2) Badly beating wife and threatening a crime with intent to terrorize (3) Dealing drugs. Is this really what the great people of California want?” President Trump wrote. Unfortunately, as far as we can tell, it must be. Because otherwise the voters would finally realize that, as liberal as they may be in their politics, they are emboldening extremist Democrats in Sacramento who are now completely afoul of the laws that make this country a country. They are funneling endless piles of taxpayer money into lawsuits against the Trump administration, mandating that their police officers facilitate the release of illegal immigrants, and penalizing employers who dare to cooperate with ICE. For the citizenry? No, for the good of people who do not actually belong in the United States. It’s a sad, scary situation out there on the West Coast, and we have a feeling it’s going to get worse before it gets better. Poster Comment: if Martial Law is declared by state they can go in and start arresting the politicians , judges etc that will not honor their oath of office and he Constitution. Start arresting criminals and deporting illegals. This is lawful it is the most effective and efficient way to handle. Governor Moonbeam belongs in prison. Pardoning them doesn't erase the facts of their crimes. They are pardoned for the crime but they are still illegal aliens who were convicted of crimes. Trump can still deport them.
It seems like nearly half of of the people in this nation are lieing down of the floor kicking their feet in infantile defiance of adulthood.
