The 52-year-old man was walking in the park near 72nd Street and Central Drive just before 10:30 p.m. Friday, when Ronald Hill, 16, and Calisha Armand, 19, approached and began asking him questions, police said. Hill, from Syosset, Long Island, suddenly punched the unsuspecting man in the face, knocking him to the ground. The duo then stole the man’s wallet and ran off. The victim was treated at the scene by EMS. The thieves were arrested nearby shortly thereafter, police said. Hill was charged with robbery and criminal possession of stolen property. Hill was charged with robbery and criminal possession of stolen property. He has three prior arrests, including for robbery and petit larceny. How many more felonies does he have to commit before he gets sent to an actual prison? Does one of his victims have to die first? Armand, who is listed as living at an ACS facility in Kips Bay, was charged with robbery. She has been busted seven times before, including for assault. What is an "ACS facility",and how many times does SHE have to be arrested before being sent to an actual prison? She is 19 now,so why the delay? MY opinion is the sentence was more related to that one simple idiot with no training whatsoever,even in how to shoot,was doing more to reduce violent street crime in NYC than ALL the thousands of paid and armed cops put together. When you embarrass "the man" and endanger his apple cart,look for him to be viscous once he catches you. Can't remember his name right now,but I'm sure you known who I am talking about. I THINK his first name was Bernard,and the rest of him fit that wuss name. Skinny,small,blonde hair,glasses,and the look of a professional victim on his face. BTW,several years later,after the NYC Po-Po had caught Bernard and "once again made the city safe for roving gangs of thugs to beat,rob,and rape people,the NYPD once again made NYC "safe" by arresting a black widow in her 80's from NC who had gotten off the bus at the bus station,and pretty much immediately accosted by 3 or 4 black teen thugs who demanded all her money "or we will fudge you up!" She had gotten robbed right outside the bus station the last time she went to visit her daughter in Harlem,so this time she had her dead husbands old top break 38 caliber black powder revolver in her purse. It was unloaded,but they didn't know that,so when she pulled it out of her purse instead of money,they hauled ass. They ran to a NYPD cop and reported her for having a gun. The NYPD arrested HER,and she got the mandatory sentence of 1 year in jail for having a unregistered weapon. The teen thugs that had tried to rob her got probation. The NRA Legal Defense Fund stepped in and sent a couple of lawyers to file an appeal for her,and in the end the charges were dropped and she was allowed to return home to NC. She never did get her deceased husband's old Iver Johnson revolver back,though. OK,Bernard Goetz was the subway guy's name. My senior moment seems to have taken a senior moment. If someone told YOU that unless you sold your stock right away you were going to lose millions of dollars,what would YOU do? Anybody that doesn't think that people like Buffett,Soros,etc,etc,etc don't do insider trading practically every day of their lives and get away with it probably still believes in Santa. ANY sane person would do the same. I know who Scooter Libby is/was,but can't for the life of me remember what he did that he was caught doing. Things will never change for the negro population as long as there are Democrat-Communists around. Of course not. Ask ANYBODY white that lived around blacks back in the 50's,and the majority of them will tell you most of the black people they knew were respectable,hard-working people that put family first,and were proud of it. It was rare to hear one speak that didn't use proper English with no slang. We lived only a block or so from the "black section" of the city I grew up in,and there were a couple of black women that used to come by occasionally and have lunch with my mother. AFAIK,nobody thought anything about it,either. I have no idea how they came to know each other or the basis of their friendship because that was back in a time when if adults had company over,the children wee told to get the hell out of the house so the adults could visit. We were required to greet them,and then hit the door. I used to walk right past a couple of black Juke Joints on my way to Little League baseball games,and as a pre-teen white boy wearing a white baseball uniform I kinda stood out. Never had a unkind comment or a problem of any kind from the black men hanging around out by the door and the parking lot,nor did I expect any. No way in HELL would I allow a pre-teen child of mine to get anywhere close to a black neighborhood these days. Flat out,the DNC cheated American blacks out of their pride by manipulating them via their preachers,who were really the ones that organized the black vote. THEN the DNC went on a concentrated effort to destroy black families by putting fatherless families on welfare,with free housing and free food. Suddenly,many of the blacks on the lower pay levels discovered they could get a divorce and have more money that they could ever hope to earn,and not even have to pay taxes on it. All they had to do was tell Pops to move out and stay out. Sure,he could occasionally sneak by to visit,but nature being nature,it wasn't long before he started another family. One he could live with. Then his new wife would kick him out because "Big Daddy U.S. Government" paid her more and she didn't even have to wash his clothes or cook for him. Black families with a strong Father figure living at home scares the hell out of the DNC. Not so much now that the DNC has discovered there are a HELL of a lot more His and Her Panic voters to turn into Dim pets,but a vote is a vote,right? In fact, as these 'incidents' increase and rise in level of severity any gains made by this race will be erased. That's pretty much the case now. There may be more blacks,especially black women,in supervisory positions,but most have a chip on their shoulders and live in fear of losing their jobs because they know they only got them due to mandatory AA hiring practices. It's nice to have the pay,but it's a LOT nicer to have the pay AND the self-respect that comes from earning it and knowing nobody just gave it to you.
