Instead of a large and ever-expanding bureaucracy that has distanced itself from the electorate, we can maintain a small proportionate ethic of servicing that is streamlined to exactly what we need or ... want. Governance works exactly through and about us without piles of do-nothing bureaucracies that are largely ineffective and inefficient. These cellular ideas for the future of and about goverance make a lot of sense.
I appreciate the principle, which most resembles the American Founders' ideals.
The embracing of that concept of true representative gummint seems to have passed long ago.
Most of our Founders preferred more State/Local autonomy rather than the current Centralized Feral Gummint leviathon. We can blame Lincoln and Wilson and the Globalists for what's become of us.
Best we can hope for is strictly Blue State/Local conservative governance.
