Loretta Lynch is once again at the center of a scandal. And like Hillary Clinton, it involves email. She’s in hot water because one secret email proves she evaded the law. Government emails are stored to comply with record keeping laws. And that’s exactly why Hillary Clinton used a private email server. It allowed her to end run the law so her communications would not be subject to Freedom of Information Act requests or Congressional subpoenas since no one would know to look for a secret private server. But there are also other ways to evade these laws. And Loretta Lynch was caught red-handed in one such scheme. The watchdog group Judicial Watch found that she used the fake name of Elizabeth Carlisle to conduct official business. Judicial Watch wrote: “Illustrating how government hides information from the American public, former Attorney General Loretta Lynch used a fake name to conduct official Department of Justice (DOJ) business in agency emails obtained by Judicial Watch. As the nation’s chief law enforcement officer Lynch, Barack Obama’s second attorney general, skirted public-records laws by using the alias Elizabeth Carlisle in emails she sent from her official DOJ account. In the records provided to Judicial Watch, the DOJ explains it as necessary to “protect her security and privacy and enable her to conduct Department business efficiently via email.” This begs the question of how many other government officials use fake names and whether those aliases are searched when agencies process Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests. Besides Lynch, we have only discovered the use of such aliases among government operatives to conduct official business at the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). Obama’s EPA administrator, Lisa Jackson, famously used the alias Richard Windsor in a government email account to conduct official business and communicate with staff. Jackson even took required EPA computer training under the fake identity with the handle Windsor.Richard@epa.gov. She eventually resigned over the scandal, which brought to light the agency’s violations of federal open-records laws. In Lynch’s case, Judicial Watch requested the records as part of an investigation into the Obama administration’s involvement in a United Nation’s international law enforcement coalition called Strong Cities Network (SCN). The purported mission of the global coalition was to build social cohesion and community resilience to counter violent extremism. The DOJ masterminded the agreement and Americans found out about the U.S.’s participation when Lynch announced it during a U.N. speech on September 29, 2015. Lynch referred to SCN as a “truly groundbreaking endeavor” and assured the notoriously corrupt world body that the Obama administration was deeply committed to the new initiative. “The government of the United States is fully invested in this collaborative approach and we have seen the value of empowering local communities by promoting initiatives they design and lead themselves,” Lynch said.” Barack Obama also used this practice. He emailed Hillary Clinton on her private email server using a fake name. It revealed him to be a liar because he was corresponding with her on that server—despite him publicly claiming he had no knowledge of her private server. Now that Lynch has been revealed as another offender, political observers will be watching to see how big this scandal grows. Poster Comment: It was amazing, and at the same time stupefying, the way Lynch answered ALL questions put to her. She spoke fluent bureaucrat doublespeak. The problem was that she came off sounding as silly as she looks. No one can top Hitlery von Rotten in lawbreaking. But why do we go after the minions so hard, when it's the leaders that are to blame and we are allowing them to destroy America. That is all they care about accomplishing. I'm 81 so I probably won't see the total outcome of all this treason and treachery that Clintons, Obamas, Soros and their legions are doing to our Country. Mueller is woven in there somewhere also, He's as corrupt as the rest of them along with Comey.

She's in no trouble. She could be shown murdering babies on live television and it would be justified. That's how politicized the justice system has become. OTOH, If Trump spit on the sidewalk, there would be hearings for his impeachment.
We have solid evidence that the Clinton Crime Family, their associates and the Odumbass Klan including Comey, Clapper, Brennan and Mueller all have committed crimes up to the felony level. Trump and Sessions have done exactly jackshit about any of them. So I'm not holding my breath.
