I can only hope the answer to the second question is because he has only been in office for a year,and been too busy putting out other fires. BTW,SF troops deployments are unlike other troop deployments. They deploy to foreign countries to teach the armies there how to fight for themselves. When they do get into firefights,it is because they are accompanying a unit of the national army as advisors when it gets into a firefight. They are there to ADVISE,and only fight when they have to. Unfortunately our military has been taken over by the PC crowd that finally got their agents promoted into command positions in the US Military. They are protected by the political creatures that put them in those positions,and nothing can be done about it until and unless an actual revolution occurs. IF that happens,they will either be the first to execute,or the first to be executed by their fellow professionals. Sadly,the people that give them their orders from Capitol Hill will not be under official suspicion,and they will survive to plot another day.
