DACA Recipient Threatens To Shoot Up A High School February 27, 2018| by Brian Anderson
DACA recipients are illegal aliens who were brought to this country by their illegal alien parents when they were young. Former president Barack Obama gave these “Dreamers” a reprieve from deportation with an illegal executive order known as Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals. President Trump ended DACA and democrats are freaking out claiming Dreamers are doctors, lawyers, and the best people in this country. What they don’t tell you is DACA recipients are also criminals like the one who threatened to shoot up a school in New York.
Here’s a story the liberals want to pretend doesn’t exist from Fox News:
A 21-year-old illegal immigrant who was allowed to stay in the U.S. under the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program was arrested last week in Rochester, N.Y., for making terroristic threats against students in a high school, officials said.
Abigail Hernandez was arrested and charged for the threats against East High School and was remanded to the Monroe County Jail in lieu of $15,000 bail…
Really? Only a $15,000 bail for threatening to shoot students at a school? That seems light considering how sensitive everyone is right now concerning school shootings, and the fact that this lovely woman is an illegal alien should make her a serious flight risk.
Anyways, here’s what one of Obama’s Dreamers did:
Rochester City School District called police at 5:08 p.m. February 16 about a threat posted on the East High School Facebook page, which read: “I’m coming tomorrow morning and I’m going to shoot all of ya bitches.”
Rochester Police Department Deputy Chief La’Ron Singletary [said] it took police days to track down the threat because it was made from a fictitious social media account.
Police found a shotgun inside the home of Hernandez on February 20, the date of her arrest.
Holy crap! She threatened a school shooting and actually had a gun? I stand by my statement that this loser should have been given a much higher bail or none at all.
During the investigation, Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents determined Hernandez was an illegal immigrant who was in the United States under the Obama-era DACA program…
Now get ready for some fun:
The city of Rochester recently affirmed its status as a “sanctuary city,” meaning it would not share immigration information with federal authorities…
So how did ICE figure out Hernandez is an illegal alien? Also, does this mean the city won’t turn her over to federal immigration officials for deportation?
Here’s my favorite part about this story:
“She’s not right mentally — she doesn’t pick up what people say,” her mother, who asked not to be identified by name, said in Spanish…“She’s very dependent on me.”
“I’ve always told her that if you do everything right, you won’t have any trouble with the law,” she added in Spanish. “She’s not a terrorist. … Now I’m very worried for her.”
Hernandez is a DACA recipient because she is an illegal alien brought to this country by her illegal alien parents, which makes her mom an illegal alien too. The police reported there was a shotgun in the house and illegal aliens, DACA recipient or not, may not possess firearms. Why didn’t the police also arrest the mother for being a banned person in possession of a firearm?
I thought New York was tough on guns. I guess they are only tough on keeping law-abiding people from exercising their Constitutional right to keep and bear arms. They are damn serious about offering illegal aliens sanctuary from any and all laws.
