I remember the Good Ol' Days when getting the answer to a question sometimes took a couple miles driving/walking and 1-3 hours of time. I don't remember it fondly, however. I remember that too. And I think that of all of the innovations since I was a kid, the one that I appreciate most of all is being able to turn on a computer, go out to the web, and have actual answers to all of my myriad questions right at my fingertips. Knowledge, answers - that was really hard to come by back then. I remember as a kid I was fascinated by the planets, and specifically by their satellites, that they actually had moons like ours. I remember wanting to know the names of all of the moons circling around all of the planets, and I remember that it took me a couple of years, getting a little piece from this source and that source, to piece it together. There was no repository of information to which one could go. If it wasn't in the encyclopedia, it was really hard finding out much. Today, satisfying answers can be had very quickly.
