To: hondo68 (#0) His hair is thin and very fine, consistent with blond men. His hair at the back of his head is the same color as his scalp. He does have "big hair" though and it blows around because it is unusually fine, even for a small-handed president. He isn't bald, at least not by Joe Biden hair-plugs standards.
