There's more to this story. I thought it was familiar. The black guy was an ex-con on parole after a murder charge. He went back to prison after attacking the old Viet vet. Got his ass kicked because he was so ignorant and belligerent and ended up back in prison. Good.
Because you're signed in and stay signed in with Google/YouTube. Otherwise it would be asking you to sign in to verify your age. If you go to YouTube, look at the upper-right corner. You'll see one of two things: You'll find that you are signed in.
