On Wednesday, paparazzi captured photos of Sarah Palin relaxing on a Hawaii beach with her husband and children, and wearing a McCain campaign visor -- with her former running mate's name scribbled over with a black marker. TMZ called the visor a "searing political statement," but Palin tells Politico that she was just trying to keep a low profile. "I am so sorry if people took this silly incident the wrong way," Palin said in a statement. "I adore John McCain, support him 100 percent and will do everything I can to support his reelection. As everyone knows, I was honored and proud to run with him. And Todd and I were with him in D.C. just a week ago. So much for trying to be incognito." And Todd and I were with him in D.C. just a week ago." That's pretty funny. She thought so much of McCain she grabbed the nearest Magic Marker and badly blacked-out McCain's name. Just as funny are some of the people who think phrases like "I adore ____", or "I support _____ 100 percent" aren't politic-speak for "Bwaahaa!"
Count me as one of those stupid people. What about her and Todd's visit with him last week? What that a pretend visit,too?
What about her and Todd's visit with him last week? What that a pretend visit,too? Obviously a meeting set up to determine if she is up to actively supporting McCain. IF she does, it'll be a foreboding omen. I'm hoping it was just mere courtesy out of past loyalty.

Loyalty for what? Them telling the press she was stupid and un-trainable when she was the VP candidate? Or that she bought 150 grand worth of clothes? Or any of the hundred other ways they slighted her,including McLunatic going on national tv after the election and saying in response to a question about her that she wasn't a serious candidate for president and she wasn't qualified or experienced enough? Yeah,I can see why she would want to show him some courtesy after all those favors.
