The government is shut down. Yet life doesn't seem any different. It's like nobody even knows the government is shut down.

The government is shut down. Yet life doesn't seem any different. It's like nobody even knows the government is shut down. You can't visit the Statue of Liberty or Ellis Island. So far as I know, those's are the only services affected. TSA is still on the job, I believe, so you can still get molested and pornified.
Noticing the "approval rating" for the congress and the white house... Most people probably expected this sort of behavior.... It's going to be an ugly year for incumbents....
