Essential services continue to run smoothly without any disruption of service to the American People. Government activities such as surveillance programs of and about the American People are considered, "essential services."
Government health inspection activities such as water, aire, food and other health related activities are considered, "non-essential services."
Most people think of a government shutdown as a risk to our nation. I think otherwise, a government shutdown is an awesome opportunity to improve our lives and the world around us.
