He did exactly what he was supposed to; held the nation together and defended us from further attacks. Bush worked with members of congress in creating the department of homeland security, increasing defense spending, and investing in human intelligence. Bush's administration implemented the USAPatriot Act to defend us here at home. President Bush liberated 50 million people. 50 million people who lived in terror are now free.
