A lawyer for President Donald Trump arranged a $130,000 payment to a former adult-film star a month before the 2016 election as part of an agreement that precluded her from publicly discussing an alleged sexual encounter with Mr. Trump, according to people familiar with the matter. Michael Cohen, who spent nearly a decade as a top attorney at the Trump Organization, arranged payment to the woman, Stephanie Clifford, in October 2016 after her lawyer negotiated the nondisclosure agreement with Mr. Cohen, these people said.... . . . I do not understand how people who claim to care about people can turn a blind eye to children being murdered in mass. So if someone is in favor of that barbarity it is easy to dismiss them as evil pieces of shit. I mean who would want to or condone violence against the weakest most innocent members of our species. Do you understand why people are against that practice? Not only do some very strange people champion it but call it a right. How can murder be a right?
It's not simple. It's quite complex. I'll spare you the arguments, I doubt that you would seriously consider and perspective outside of your own narrow ignorant view. I, like you, would be overjoyed if there were never any non-medical need to terminate a pregnancy. I'm pro-life. I support a woman's right to choose what will happen to her body. If a woman is raped, and decides that she will not bear her rapist's offspring, it is her right to terminate that pregnancy. The same holds true for incest. Unfortunately many women terminate pregnancies for economic or social reasons, and sometimes just because they don't want a child. The preferable response is to provide free birth control and counseling to all - and to culturally encourage their use. Additionally - in the case of an unintended, or unwanted pregnancy, health care, financial support and care must be provided for the mother and child without consequences or cost. Those are the options - pick one - Until we as a culture begin to treasure life enough to pay to support it - we will have a culture that continues to terminate pregnancies. and just to be up-front about this - spare me the moral bullshit about abstinence, gods-will, going to hell, etc. And spare me the selfish bullshit about being unwilling to have tax dollars used to pay for the health and welfare of our fellow humans.
