Of course they will, Lieberman and Nelson are lapdogs of the insurance companies. If you bother to look at the opensecrets site; Nelson for example gets $454,000 from the Insurance Companies who are rallying around Obama's corporate socialist bill. Redistributing American wealth through government coercion(taxes and fines), to the Insurance companies. It is reminiscent of Romney's plan.
