During a brief press conference at Camp David on Saturday afternoon, flanked by GOP congressional leaders and cabinet secretaries, President Donald Trump insisted that Mexico will pay for a wall along the United States southern border.
I believe that Mexico will pay for the wall. I have a very good relationship with Mexico. As you know, were negotiating NAFTA. Well see how that goes, Trump said. But Mexico will pay. In some form, Mexico will pay for the wall.
Trumps comment came as he explained his stance on legislation to restore the protections from the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals program, which allowed certain young, undocumented immigrants to remain in the U.S. without fear of deportation.
The President stressed to reporters that any DACA legislation should include funding for the border wall. He also said that bill should address chain migration and the visa lottery program.
The wall is going to happen, or were not going to have DACA, he said.
The Trump administration has asked for $18 billion over 10 years to expand the border wall. The administration wants to build 316 miles of new barrier and replace or bolster 407 miles of existing barrier with those funds.

Ten year plans don't count. No more psychobabble. At the rate we're farting around and making mythical promises, in five years we'll have enough new invaders over here so that Washington DC will be a Mexico City suburb. The 316 miles of new barrier should have been built by now. We don't need Mexico to build it!
The problem, since 2006 for the US Federal government has not been who will build it but how to pay for it. There is no funding for, the "Secure Fence Act of 2006."
It was a stupid, "feel good" distraction that Americans are famous for.

The money is there. It has always been there. The biggest distraction is to start inventing sudden talk about money. What is lacking is a feeling of importance and determination.
Yes, I am serious. Since WW2 the USA has acted as world cop, initiating failed wars around the world without regard to our own domestic considerations.
If Trump wants to build a wall on the US/MX border he has to eliminate the CIA manifesto of creating wars around the world. It is pretty simple math.

With ya totally on that count.

Look -- I'm also all for eliminating the NWO Black Op-Pyromania Manifesto masquerading as "We're here to help protect the USA from foreign threats". We need to redefine the function and mission of the Mother of All Alphabet Agencies.
That said, I don't see why a quid pro quo is needed to allocate the necessary security funding to build a BBW, aka Big Beautiful Wall. We have to build it ASAP. It's gotta come out of the Homeland InSecurity budget.
Federal law has been preexisting since 2006 without any Congressional budget mandate. Congress creates that mandate. To add fire about this urgent issue is the fact that many of the USA/MX border states have repeatedly requested assistance without any improved capability to withstand the illegal immigration considerations or onslaught. There has been no concern, at all, through the blue states that hold the majority of votes in Congress.
America just doesn't care about the mandate. As a nation, we prefer to fuck around in the middle east.
