United States News Title: Is The Fraudster Accusing Roy Moore of Sexual Assault Out for Revenge? Breitbart has not exactly been an independent, nonpartisan source of news for the Roy Moore fiasco; Steve Bannon quite publicly put his chip on the Alabama Republican and no one is surprised to see his site playing the role of “head cheerleader” for the embattled candidate. While this means you have to take some of what’s being said on the site about Moore with a grain of salt, it doesn’t automatically invalidate all of their reporting. In fact, because they have such a vested interest in Moore’s victory, this scandal has actually inspired Breitbart to do some of their most remarkable investigative work to date. Such was the case this week when the site unveiled court records pertaining to one of Moore’s accusers: Tina Johnson. Johnson has said that Moore grabbed her buttocks as she was leaving a meeting with the lawyer, supposedly “scarring her for life.” As dubious as that particular claim may be, Johnson’s history of criminal fraud and her actual reason for being in Moore’s office that day gives us plenty of reason to doubt her story. She has both the motive and the character to lie, and in a case where there is no solid evidence either way, that’s enough for us to favor Moore with the benefit of the doubt. From Breitbart: The documents, reviewed by Breitbart News, show that Moore represented Johnson’s mother in a nasty custody case for Johnson’s then 12-year-old son, Daniel Sitz. In the case, Johnson was repeatedly painted by Moore’s client as an unfit, absent, and unstable mother and was accused of taking her son from his elementary school against his will. Johnson’s mother was ultimately awarded custody in the case. One affidavit signed by Johnson’s mother while she was represented by Moore accused Johnson of having a “violent nature” and noted that she “has been treated by a psychiatrist when she was approximately 15 years of age.” Johnson was a teenage mother. Separate criminal documents show that, as late as 2010, Johnson was arrested and pled guilty to felony fraud charges related to checks belonging to a family member. She also entered a court drug program. We know, we know. “Believe all women.” And it’s true that there’s nothing in these records that prove that Johnson is lying. You can be a terrible person with a motive for revenge and still wind up sexually assaulted by your mom’s lawyer. We guess? But maybe before we continue this moral crusade against this man, we should think about what evidence we have, think about the women who are bringing these accusations against him, and just have a moment where we briefly entertain the notion – the POSSIBILITY – that he’s not actually the devil incarnate. At the end of the day, this is up to the voters of Alabama. But we’d encourage them to at least take a glance at what some of these fine, upstanding women were up to before they appeared in the pages of the Washington Post and on the set of the Megyn Kelly show. Poster Comment: Judge Moore has committed a crime. He is guilty of being one of the few, truly Conservative, Christian politicians left in our nation now reduced to pitiful status by the Democrat-Communists, and the LGBT zoo. The truth will come out! Casting slurs and aspersions is nothing new. Often times, the accusations cannot be proven; however, a deep sense of distrust is the result, and detractors will jump on the "band wagon" and keep the suspicions going! Do they care about the alleged offense? No! They use the suspicion in order to further their political aims. Sometimes, it backfires and allegations suddenly arise and abound against many others, especially those in power!
