Actual dipstick, Police Chief - Prescott Valley Police
On Thursday, November 9th, 2017 at approximately 6:00 P.M., after attending the Town Council meeting, Prescott Valley Chief of Police Bryan Jarrell entered the restroom of the Prescott Valley Library located at 7401 E. Civic Circle in Prescott Valley to change clothes. While the Chief changed his clothes he inadvertently left his department issued firearm in the restroom stall and left.
The handgun is described as a Glock 19, 9mm in caliber and Black in color; serial number: YHC 944
On Monday, November 13th, 2017, when the Chief discovered the weapon was missing, he reported it immediately. The lost firearm was entered into the National Crime Information Computer (NCIC).
