Another alleged sexual assault victim has stepped up to accuse Kevin Spacey, who might find himself in serious legal trouble. “I’m not here as a journalist,” former TV news anchor Heather Unruh told a press conference this morning, “but as a mom.” Unruh and her attorney revealed that Unruh’s then-18-year-old son claims that Spacey reached into his pants and grabbed his genitals in a bar in Massachusetts — and that the assault took place last year, well within the statute of limitations for prosecution.
Unruh makes it clear that she sees this as “a criminal act“:
Unruh emotionally recounted what happened to her son and how, after Spacey plied him with drinks at a Nantucket bar, the actor “stuck his hand inside my son’s pants and grabbed his genitals.”
After the incident, Spacey went to the bathroom, and Unruh claims her son ran out of the bar.
Unruh has her attorney with her and her daughter, but her son was not present at the presser. The daughter will be a material witness in the case; she was the first person the victim told, immediately after the alleged assault. The attorney may well wind up representing the Unruhs in a civil action against Spacey eventually, but Unruh told the media that she wants Spacey prosecuted for his actions:
“A criminal investigation has begun,” she said, calling Spacey a “sexual predator.”
“I want to see Kevin Spacey go to jail. I want to see Kevin Spacey have the hand of justice come down on him, not just for my son, but for the many others who have yet to speak their truth,” she said. …
Unruh spoke to Nantucket’s sheriff shortly after the attack, but her son wasn’t emotionally ready at the time to publicly accuse Spacey of sexual assault, she said.
Nantucket police declined to comment on the status of the claim, citing confidentiality requirements in state law:
“Last week my son filed a police report and handed over evidence to the Nantucket Police and now a criminal investigation has begun,” Unruh said. “He’s committed to doing what he can to stop Kevin Spacey from victimizing anyone else.”
“We cannot confirm nor deny any such report was filed. Reports of sexual assaults are confidential under Mass. General Law,” Nantucket Police Lt. Angus C. MacVicar said in an email to WBZ-TV.
Most of the specific Spacey accusations go back several years, although we may still see complaints emerge from the House of Cards production. This accusation is both specific and recent — and apparently registered at the time with the sheriff. That will only help the prosecution deal with the delay in bringing the case, which in this case might not represent a large burden anyway.
In short, Spacey has a very, very large problem in Massachusetts. Given the pattern of complaints emerging, it may well not be his last, either.
Meanwhile, the National Enquirer has a blockbuster report on a much older mystery, but not terribly solid sourcing for it (via the Daily Mail):

“Haim told me he had sex with Sheen when they filmed ‘Lucas,’” Dominick Brascia, a former actor and a close friend of the “Lost Boys” legend, exclusively told The ENQUIRER. “He told me they smoked pot and had sex. He said they had anal sex. Haim said after it happened Sheen became very cold and rejected him. When Corey wanted to fool around again, Charlie was not interested.”
But Brascia said Haim claimed he hooked up with the “Wall Street” star another time — when he was in his mid-to-late 20s. “Haim told me he had sex with Sheen again,” Brascia told The ENQUIRER. “He claimed he didn’t like it and was finally over Sheen. He said Charlie was a loser.”
The Enquirer claims to have more than 100 sources for this revelation and others about Sheen, but Brascia’s the only one to go on the record about Haim. Other sources talk about his predatory behavior on the set of Lucas with some of the underaged girls playing extras, but the two women discussing it were 17 and 18 at the time, likely above the age of consent (lower than 18 in most US states), and Sheen was 19. They also pull some claims from a child-custody dispute with Sheen’s former wife Denise Richards to fill in the picture on Sheen, which in the long run is probably unnecessary, given Sheen’s all-too-public antics.
Sheen denied the Haim story when the Enquirer asked about it. Until more solid sourcing emerges, take it under advisement but don’t jump to conclusions. Unfortunately, the people who did molest Haim — whether it’s Sheen or anyone else — won’t have to worry about prosecution, as the statute of limitations ran out long ago. Kevin Spacey isn’t that lucky, nor should he be.
The man was 18, he can handle the simple, yet normal in the Homosexual world, pass. Homosexuals, and increasingly heterosexual people don't flirt and ask questions or even get to know their sex partners. It is usually something exactly like this guy did in homosexual instances, with boys and girls though, it is a more respectful "wanna hook up"? or "let's ****".
On the other hand, what was he doing in a bar? It was likely a gay bar, and the son of this "respected news anchor" is a homosexual who didn't like the attention from THIS guy. In short, sexual assault or harassment can simply be the wrong party doing the flirting or grabbing in the political climate of today. It is not that the 18 year old didn't want attention from a male, just not THIS male.
Charlie Sheen is despicable, and I have known that for years. Corey was well underage for consent, but as with most instances of homosexual sex, they seem to happen between people who are homosexual or bi. Does the act at a young age cause this lifetime of patterned behavior, or is it genetic? I vote for it as learned behavior, as any homosexual man must admit, he had sex with some 15 or under boy in his life, or was himself the young boy who was introduced to sex by an older one. It seems to be 100% that way.
Long story short, exposure to homosexuals causes homosexuality. That is my story and I am sticking to it.

If victims want to complain, it's never okay to just "grab 'em by the pussy".

It is not okay if Haim was under the age of consent, whatever his orientation (still pretty fluid at age 13).
If we start criminalizing grabbing of body parts as prelude to sex, we could station cops at every homosexual hangout in the country and they could rake in "bank". I have been in a *** bar and the activity is everything except asking for permission for sex. These people act like dogs in heat, isn't that exactly what Kevin did to this 18 year old? The activity is wrong, but IMO so is two men "playing leapfrog".
