"The Pope has the power to change times, to abrogate laws, and to dispense with all things, even the precepts of Christ. The Pope has the authority and often exercised it, to dispense with the command of Christ." (Decretal, de Tranlatic Episcop. (The pope can modify divine law) Ferraris' Ecclesiastical Dictionary)

1 Peter 1:25 ...'But the word of the Lord endureth for ever. And this is the word which by the gospel is preached unto you.'

So does the word endure for ever? Or does some asshole who dresses in a diaper over rule christ?

Do you believe 100 percent everything the Catholic church teaches?

Is the Catholic Church infallible?

You are invited to shed light on true scripture and to help discern false teachings. Be they from Catholics or wherever.

Isn't this part and parcel of the notion that the bishop of Rome is God Himself?

"The Pope is not simply the representative of Jesus Christ. On the contrary, he is Jesus Christ Himself, under the veil of the flesh." (Evangelical Christendom, January 1, 1895, pg. 15, published in London by J. S. Phillips)

"Against this background of love towards Holy Church, 'the pillar and bulwark of the truth' (1 Tim 3:15), we readily understand the devotion of Saint Francis of Assisi for 'THE LORD POPE', the daughterly outspokenness of Saint Catherine of Siena towards the one whom she called 'SWEET CHRIST ON EARTH'." (Pope John Paul II, Apostolic Exhortation on the Consecrated Life and Its Mission in the Church and in the World, to the bishops and clergy, religious orders and congregations, societies of apostolic life, secular institutes, and all the faithful, given in Rome, at Saint Peter's, March 25, 1996)

"The Pope is of so great dignity, and so exalted that he is not a mere man, but as it were God and the vicar of God." (Ferraris Ecclesiastical dictionary)

"All names which in the Scriptures are applied to Christ, by virtue of which it is established that He is over the church, all the same names are applied to the Pope." (On the Authority of the Councils, book 2, chapter 17)

"The Pope and God are the same, so he has all power in Heaven and earth." (Pope Pius V, quoted in Barclay, Chapter XXVII, p. 218, "Cities Petrus Bertanous)

"To believe that our Lord God the Pope has not the power to decree as he is decreed, is to be deemed heretical." (the Gloss "Extravagantes" o.f Pope John XXII Cum inter, Tit. XIV, Cap. IV. Ad Callem Sexti Decretalium, Paris, 1685)

"Hence the Pope is crowned with a triple crown, as king of heaven and of earth and of the lower regions." (Ferraris, «Prompta Bibliotheca», 1763, Volume VI, 'Papa II', p.26)

"The Saviour Himself is the door of the sheepfold: 'I am the door of the sheep.' Into this fold of Jesus Christ, no man may enter unless he be led by the Sovereign Pontiff; and only if they be united to him can men be saved, for the Roman Pontiff is the Vicar of Christ and His personal representative on earth." (Pope John XXIII in his homily to the Bishops and faithful assisting at his coronation on November 4, 1958)

"This is our last lesson to you: receive it, engrave it in your minds, all of you: by God's commandment salvation is to be found nowhere but in the Church; the strong and effective instrument of salvation is none other than the Roman Pontificate." (Pope Leo XIII, Allocution for the 25th anniversary of his election, February 20, 1903; Papal Teachings: The Church, Benedictine Monks of Solesmes, St. Paul Editions, Boston, 1962, par. 653)

The official line is that the Pope is infallible "in matters of faith and morals". IOW disregard Francis' BS, like most Catholics do.

Does he even have faith and morals?

Was Mary a sinner?

Yes,if you believe the Bible, she got pregnant by God,but was married to someone else.

Therefore, according to God's Law,both she and God are sinners that are going to burn in hell forever and ever, amen.

In the entire history of the world, the only nations that had to build walls to keep their own citizens from leaving were those with leftist governments.

Mary was conceived without sin, and remained spotless. She was assumed into Heaven. I believe 100% all of the infallible doctrines of the Catholic Church. The Catholic Church is infallible on matters of faith and doctrine.

Any more questions?

What does that even mean?

The Pope can't change the position of the sun in the sky, obviously.

The Pope and the Catholic Church had begun changing the times and abrogating laws in place of the Hebrew appointed feasts as far back as during the time the Romans conquered Jerusalem and the Middle East which included Ethiopia, as well as Europe. We can start with the changing of the calendar to that of the Gregorian calendar to fit with the Roman Catholic church.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gregorian_calendar

Their feast coincided with the Hebrew feast to confuse the Hebrews into accepting false doctrine. We must remember that the original Mosaic laws (God's law) was superior to that of any other doctrine set by man on earth. The Mosaic Law was implemented by Moses as inspired and guided by God to teach God's people, the Hebrew Israelites on everything from Dietary laws to everyday conduct as well as the Ten Commandments and to teach the rest of the world how to live.

Vic the Bible says we have all sinned except for Jesus it didn't make an exception for Mary.

The Bible is contradictory, if you read it that way, for it also says that little children and babies have not sinned.

So, which is it? Babies have sinned, per Paul, or babies and little children have not sinned, per Jesus. You tell me your answer.

The answer is that all have NOT sinned, (though they will eventually get around to it). Paul, taken literally, is wrong.

So Paul is wrong. You say "The point is..." but I don't see the Scripture saying "The POINT is that all sin". I see Scripture saying "All HAVE sinned", and that is false.

Mary was a sinner. Show where she was shown to not be a sinner. You yourself said she lied indirectly. When you said everyone lies. Also Mary died. There has been no resurrection so you pray to a dead sinner who can't hear you. Do you think God likes people praying to human sinners?

God sent Mary to Guadelupe, to Fatima and to Lourdes. I'm pretty sure he doesn't like it when men malign the character of his mother and of the mother of his child.

I'd be more careful about the Mary bit if I were you - a lot more careful.

But you will blunder forth in you blind and stupid false religion, build of your worship of a book you can't even read (it's not written in English), and you'll attack anybody who does not share your superstition.

Go on and malign God's mother, whom he sends as emissary. Go on and say that this is all an illusion of the Devil, and thereby blaspheme the Holy Spirit. God kill yourself off and bear the consequences of your headstrong evil stupid superstitious Christianity.

You could walk free of the darkness, but you LOVE the darkness and you hate the light. So go dwell in darkness.

Yeah, what about BEFORE she conceived with out sin and remained spotless?

Sure she went to heaven, lots of sinners do after they repent and are full of grace. She was spotless from the moment of Christ's conception, before that maybe not.
