A new report from The Armstrong and Getty Radio Show has sent shockwaves throughout the sports world after it was claimed that members of the NFL’s Oakland Raiders may have purposefully allowed their star quarterback to get sacked multiple times after he refused to kneel during the National Anthem.

If true, this would essentially mean that an NFL football game was illegally thrown over anger that one of the teams star white players did not believe that kneeling during the nations anthem was the correct way to protest supposed racial injustice in America.

In other words, an epic level scandal.

During the anthem, virtually the entire team was seen kneeling other than the teams coaches and star quarterback Derek Carr. Unfortunately, this may have not set well with the teams offensive line as they were apparently the players who spearheaded the entire idea to kneel as a team in the first.

“This is one hell of a scandal with the NFL, could ruin the whole league,” claimed the show before detailing the fact that Carr was sacked two times in a row on the teams second drive and that the teams usually dependable center snapped the ball at the wrong time in three different instances. Extremely capable receivers also made multiple “weird” drops of passes thrown by Carr that T.V. announcers even noted at the time.

The radio show then revealed bombshell “insider information” from an “extremely reliable” source who claimed that members of the Oakland Raiders did indeed throw the game as a sort of punishment for Carr choosing to not use the country's anthem to make a political statement.

“He wants to stand alone, he can stand alone on the field,” one of the teams offensive lineman said, according to the shows source. Keep in mind, the offensive line are literally the guys whose job it is to protect the quarterback, in this case the star player who didn’t kneel.

Amazingly, the circumstantial (and possible direct) proof didn’t end there as the show then claimed that this same source also revealed that a local team reporter got wind of the story and asked a team official for comment. What he was apparently told in response has all the hallmarks of a team trying to cover up a major scandal.

“If you report on this, you will be blackballed, you will not get access to the Raiders period,” the reporter was supposedly told. “Your career covering the team will be over”.

While there are obviously major legal and ethical issues if this is true, it also paints a sad picture of a football league divided by a political and media establishment all too happy to cause as much racial divide in the country as possible. For as long as Americans focus on differences between each other, the global elites power remains completely unthreatened.

Im sure the nonblack players are terrified to do anything to upset the cart. Being the minority they will get punished. Isn't this exactly what the BLM people were fighting against? No they really want to be top dog and piss on those below them. Its retribution time!!! Get use to it!

That happens to the Chicago Bears' QB all the time. Years before the anthem controversy.

This is suspicious. I'd like to see more footage to demonstrate the sudden inexplicable incompetence of this professional team.

You'd need to go play by play with each player and demonstrate that they all suddenly turned incompetent at plays they had demonstrated competence at hundreds of times in playing in recent years.

You really need the FBI to go in and conduct a full investigation, questioning each player separately and apply the full range of interrogation to them.

O'Reilly is right. Throwing a game is a federal offense and has been for almost a century. Look back at the Black Sox scandal of 1919 in baseball.

The Black Sox Scandal was a Major League Baseball match fixing incident in which eight members of the Chicago White Sox were accused of intentionally losing the 1919 World Series against the Cincinnati Reds in exchange for money from a gambling syndicate led by Arnold Rothstein. The fallout from the scandal resulted in the appointment of Judge Kenesaw Mountain Landis as the first Commissioner of Baseball, granting him absolute control over the sport in order to restore its integrity.

Despite acquittals in a public trial in 1921, Judge Landis permanently banned all eight men from professional baseball. The punishment was eventually defined to also include banishment from post-career honors such as consideration for the Baseball Hall of Fame. Despite requests for reinstatement in the decades that followed (particularly in the case of Shoeless Joe Jackson), the ban remains in force as of 2017.

I glanced at YouTube and found only this one video from some Raiders megafan trying to back the conspiracy theory that the offensive line was deliberately sacking their QB and throwing the game. Less than 1200 views so far so this guy isn't exactly popular. Of course, no one is until suddenly they are. I doubt he catches on because he's a fat slob and doesn't speak well and he just kinda rambles on in a disorganized way. Even so, he is willing to go public with this so it's worth a look.

He replays his earlier post-game video where he first came up with his CT and apparently there was some other Raiders podcast and then the radio show clip (above) and now he's doing this video as a followup.

Good gameplay analysis. Not about throwing the game, but numerous screwups and failures losing the game. Exonerates Derek Carr for losing. But looking at some of the plays does make one wonder.

He seems so small and isolated.

But so was Matt Drudge until Linda Tripp and Monica surfaced.

I don't know if this story goes anywhere. Just this Jason guy and that podcast so far, no major outlets picking up on the story. I do notice more and more YouTube accounts are publishing that podcast which means it is spreading via accounts much more widely subscribed than Jason's little fanboi Raiders channel.

Jason the Great does not ever refer to any attempt to throw the game. He makes a case for ineptitude by players other than Carr. He says he saw five snaps on the wrong count, and shows a few. There are definitely wrong routes taken, routes not run, wrong snaps, running in the wrong non-hole, and dropped passes. It is a good review of plays from multiple angles.

The offense was a mess, but I couldn't certify a deliberate mess.

Sure. But in the Black Sox scandal, none of the eight players was convicted either. But they never played baseball again and have never been allowed any honors despite repeated attempts to rehabilitate a few of them.

If a federal prosecutor went in with the FBI and convened a grand jury, the damage of even the suspicion of trying to throw the game or harm their QB would be inestimable. The NFL wouldn't recover for years. Goodell would be gone. Some of the marginal franchises might finally go out of business.

But in the Black Sox scandal, none of the eight players was convicted either.

Key evidence (signed confessions) went missing from the courthouse. They were later found in the files of Comiskey's lawyer.

The mob (Arnold Rothstein) fixed the World Series. Somebody made evidence disappear.

The office of the Commissioner of Baseball was created, with almost unlimited power, and the Commish was someone the mob could not fix. He banned the players before the trial. They remained banned for life after the trial. Not even a fixed trial could find them innocent of violating the rules of baseball.

If there is anything to this story and it blows up, the NFL will suffer greatly and players would be banned. So many mishaps are suspicious, but I don't know how to prove any mishap intentional without and inside source.

Even a tv review of the plays speculating about a fix would be seriously damaging.

The offense was a mess, but I couldn't certify a deliberate mess.

One can ONLY cite "ineptitude" at this point -- even IF there appears to be a deliberate conspiracy to sabotage blocking, wrong routes, wrong snap counts, drops, etc.

The Black Sox scandal wasn't certified until an investigative panel convened. Don't expect this fake Roger (Kangaroo Commish) Goodell to order one and become a Kenesaw Mountain Landis of the NFL.

Any sniff of even a cursory investigation into this matter will not be conducted for obvious reasons. ANY word or discussion will be quashed. Can you imagine the ramifications if this is true??

You know who actually COULD pretty much discern whether things actually looked "fishy"? Hardened fans who watch nearly every play from their team. I don't know who "Jason the Great" is, but a definite Fear Factor is involved here.

Exactly. Even the suspicion or discussion of it is toxic to the entire NFL.

It would actually result in worsening race relations considerably, both among the players and the fans.

I'm a little surprised that no one, not even Breitbart, has been willing to go there yet. You'd really need comprehensive video of all the players, including wherever they last played the same team last year. In most cases, the same offensive and defensive players repeatedly lined up against each other in the last year. You could directly compare their performance then to this game and use multiple camera angles.

But this is how the dam breaks. At some point, someone else mentions it on a more mainstream site. Then some other site vehemently denies it (but it becomes a thing). If Derek Carr suspects his O-Line truly sandbagged him, endangering his life, how do you guys suggest he handle the situation?

We can see him praying on the sidelines -- I understand he's a pretty devout Christan who before this mutiny was actually beloved by his teammates.

IF I were Carr...I'd give them one more week to apologize AND/or change their 'tude, or else QUIT. He's wealthy enough...wealthy enough...and HEALTHY AT THIS POINT. No need to risk his life for these thugs and a team that already seemingly hung him out to dry like a Crash Dummie.

I assume you'd have to take it to the coach and convince him that it was deliberate and he'd threaten them with no new contract if he even suspects they fragged their own QB. Not that many options really.

You'd have to have more. Like nolu said, get some dedicated fans to sit down with footage of all these guys on both teams playing in past years, compare player for player on each team how well the defense penetrated the Raiders offense to sack the QB. Last year, he only got sacked once all year. Then suddenly he gets sacked 3 times in one game, twice in back-to-back plays? Something seems wrong there.

I dunno. How would you ever trust them?

True.

In his heart and mind, Derek Carr already knew within the first two plays of the game (both sacks) that something rotten was afoot. We'd have to assume that some body in the clubhouse had already given him a pre-game heads up on the matter. Not that ANY party will ever admit it.

(Again -- I did not watch the game, nor do I know the Oakland Raiders personnel. I WAS aware that their O-Line was one of the very best in the NFL.)

I did manage to watch a few highlights and noticed Carr had "Happy Feet" -- an defective affliction that causes a QB to anticipate getting hit prematurely, resulting in not ever getting set to properly during particular game see and throw to a route.

I assume you'd have to take it to the coach and convince him that it was deliberate and he'd threaten them with no new contract if he even suspects they fragged their own QB. Not that many options really.

Yup -- really a tough situation. We'd have to assume the entire coaching staff knows exactly what happened and why. They are also in a spot. Their young talented QB is considered near-Elite.

If Carr did do as you suggest, it would have to be conducted whisper-quiet.

A QB "Fragging" -- exactamundo.

How would a CO in the military handle such a suspected situation? And how could it be remedied (other than re-assignment elsewhere)? I presume Carr's only real solution would be to demand a trade in any case. OR QUIT.

No, you need to get to a more mainstream site for it to catch fire. Drudge could do it but he has to have a site to link to. And you'd have to have a bit more in the way of evidence than some anonymous Deep Throat source and a few sacks in the same game.

Then you could have the story on all the Right sites, it would get mentioned on Fox News, etc. The libmedia sites and ESPN would have to be dragged to such a story kicking and screaming (since there are no Christians or Republicans to be easily blamed).

Yes...I do know.

Unfortunately we've entered a New Realm during the last decade or so where things and events once ridiculed as "Impossible" have become Reality.

Exhibit "A": Mainstreamed, goob-sanctioned "Gay Marriage." Exhibit "B": Bruce Jenner in a dress wins ESPY "Sports-Person of the Year. Exhibit "C": The "Tarmac/Klintoon" Deal that led to "The Fix" and exoneration of obvious criminal acts. (You get my gist...)

Yes, I agree -- "to catch fire."

What Infowars exposure does is light that possible match. And delving into other possible sources beyond the single source. Otherwise, yes, this is all just rumor and innuendo (officially anyway.) I don't see Drudge touching this. YET.

Then you could have the story on all the Right sites, it would get mentioned on Fox News, etc. The libmedia sites and ESPN would have to be dragged to such a story kicking and screaming (since there are no Christians or Republicans to be easily blamed).

They'll find a way to blame Christians (since Carr IS openly Christian.)

Again -- we're speculating of course, but should this sordid fragging story find *any* corroboration, it'll gain substantial traction.

Funny, I recall how despicable they all thought it was when Tebow knelt for a moment on the sidelines or did his John 3:16 eyeshadow. That was too controversial, unlike the noble kneeling and Black Power fisting during the anthem of the Afro-American playas.

As I said to Liberator...Keep handing the ball to a black running back. Then call (against the coaches wishes of course) three straight wildcat formations. The wildcat has the ball snapped to the running back. That would be hint #1.

Then call for roll right (strong side) and roll left and run for 5-10 yards away from your blocking.

Nuclear option is to drop back in the pocket and accidentally rifle a pass into an O line helmet. Message received.

Then call time out and tell the head coach I make 10s of millions more than you do and led this crappy team and crappy city to its first winning record in recent memory.

Even if suspected I would disarm the soldier, send him to the field kitchen to await the results of a commanders inquiry.

As a leader you can't let these things go. The Oak head coach needs to discipline those involved and nip this in the bud. If he does not, he becomes a worthless play caller and loses his leadership sway. Of course the head coach won't do a lick to help out Carr.

Not so much any more.

MLB's player data presents mixed results. This year's report contains the highest percentage of Latino players (31.9 percent) and total players of color (42.5) in MLB history.

I have nothing against Latinos and Japs, but baseball is not just a game for white folks anymore.

Yet this encouraging finding comes when MLB also is reporting its lowest percentage of players who are black, African-American or African-Canadian (7.7) since we began these studies in 1991.

Maybe because they all play basketball?

Just saw a smart phone alert that Derek Carr (Oakland Raiders QB) is out 2-6 weeks with a small spinal fracture.

I saw that while sitting in Wendys.

Coincidence?

(how do you guys suggest he handle the situation?)

Keep handing the ball to his black running back. Then make the point clear by calling 3 straight Wildcats.

Now THAT would be clever :-)

Then call for roll right (strong side) and roll left and run for 5-10 yards away from your blocking.

Nuclear option is to drop back in the pocket and accidentally rifle a pass into an O line helmet. Message received.

Then call time out and tell the head coach I make 10s of millions more than you do and led this crappy team and crappy city to its first winning record in recent memory.

Amen!!

LOVE your suggestion for a call for roll right, roll left and run for 5-10 yards away from his blocking. THEN FALL DOWN.

The bullet into the O Line perp is a perfect message (and already been done by a QB whose name I can't recall.)

Yup -- and the time to remind the coach of the financial discrepancy -- as well as THE reminder WHO the most important player is on the team, and mini-dissertation on they were a winning team last year.

Frankly, the problem cannot be resolved at this point. Damage done. The thugs priority is political. Once the white coaches and owners are cowed and coreced into participating in this fiasco, the surrendered respect AND power.

Carr's only real (sad) solution is to quit. Then sue the NFL.

Thanks for your input in a projected scenario...

As leaders of the team -- from Commish to owner to coach -- they ostensibly relinquished ANY leadership or authority whatsoever. Ergo, NO Discipline = Team/League anarchy. For a Team Sport (just as in the Army), unit cohesiveness is critical. In the NFL, THAT is desroyed.

The NFL committed suicide. And Carr was sacrificed. Fans will note and NEVER forget this.
