During President Donald Trump’s rally to show support for RINO Mitch McConnell stooge, lifelong DC lobbyist and swamp creature Luther Strange, who the president endorsed, even though many of his supporters like Sebastian Gorka, Sean Hannity, Sarah Palin, and many others endorsed legendary Ten Commandments Judge Roy Moore, the president admitted that he may have made a “mistake’ with the endorsement.

“I might have made a mistake,” President Trump told the Alabama crowd before the special election on September 26 to fill the seat vacated when former Alabama Senator Jeff Sessions became attorney general. “I’ll be honest, I might have made a mistake,” he said for emphasis.

Luther Strange, a former Alabama attorney general, was appointed by corrupt Alabama Governor Robert Bentley in February, whom Strange was supposed to be investigating for corruption. Strange bolted a press gaggle on Thursday when asked about the suspicious appointment.

Breitbart News, who had been a huge supporter of then-candidate Donald Trump, even during the 2016 GOP primary when there were much more conservative candidates in the running — like Ted Cruz — was denied entry to the Trump-Luther Strange rally on Friday night, according to Breitbart TV editor Jeff Poor:

Meanwhile, HUD secretary Ben Carson broke with Trump, singing the praises of Trump-McConnell endorsed candidate Luther Strange:

Bannon inbound to join Palin and Gorka, Ben Carson's endorsement is in the bag.

From a source close to Bannon: "Steve is coming to Alabama to support President Trump against the Washington establishment and Mitch McConnell. Steve views Judge Moore as a fierce advocate of Trump and the values he campaigned on."

Allies of Strange and Republicans close to the White House dispute that premise, and Trump points out Strange offered his support for Obamacare repeal with no strings attached, whereas Roy Moore has said he won't support anything less than full repeal.

Trump last night seemed conflicted about his Strange endorsement, suggesting he'd made a mistake and would support Moore if he wins. Moore leads Strange by 9 percentage points in the RealClearPolitics polling average.

Breitbart has gone all in for Moore and is doing its national radio show on Sirius XM from Alabama today through Wednesday.

Multiple senior Breitbart editors are in Alabama, including Washington editor Matthew Boyle, London editor Raheem Kassam, the editor-in-chief of Breitbart London, and Jeff Poor, an Alabama native and the head of Breitbart TV.

"As of now, everyone is working on the Alabama race," Boyle wrote in a Breitbart Slack channel, per CNN's Oliver Darcy. "If anyone has any questions please let me know."

I notice now that Rand Paul is supporting Roy Moore too.

Also libertarian Republican Kentucky House member Massie endorses Moore too. Mitch the Bitch can't get his own delegation on board.

And now:

TheHill: Hannity to interview Bannon on Alabama Senate race

Fox News's Sean Hannity is set to interview former White House chief strategist Steve Bannon on Monday on the eve of the Alabama Senate GOP primary runoff, the network announced.

. . .

The former White House aide is set to speak alongside "Duck Dynasty" star Phil Robertson at a pro-Moore rally on Monday, according to Axios. The rally comes three days after Trump campaigned for Strange during a rally in Huntsville, Ala.

Bannon's interview with Hannity will focus on the Alabama Senate race, the future of the Trump administration and his tenure in the White House, which ended in August after nearly seven tumultuous months.

This is a huge gift for Vannity to give Bannon free shots at Luther Strange the night before the election when it's too late for Strange to respond.

I am wondering if Strange could drop 25 points over the weekend. This looks like a massacre to me.

That's kind of refreshing. I can't remember any other president ever admitting to making a mistake.

In the entire history of the world, the only nations that had to build walls to keep their own citizens from leaving were those with leftist governments.

It is indeed. That never happens.

JFK gave a speech in which he stated that mistakes only become errors when they aren't corrected.

I could take that as a sign that Trump is learning. I'd like to see Trump eventually see that he's still living in the swamp he was supposed to drain.

I'm not sure Trump really cares who wins. He just doesn't want to look like a loser backing a loser.

As long as one of them wins the election against the Dem, it won't matter to Trump.

Trump is there to demonstrate his loyalty to incumbent GOP senators in the Swamp. Just like Bush did when he backed Snarlin' Arlen of Scottish law fame and even that hopeless gay weasel, Lincoln Chafee (who promptly switched parties to Dem even after all the campaigning that Bush did for him and all the money he raised for him).

Donald Trump Admits: ‘I Might Have Made a Mistake’ in Endorsing Luther Strange Over Judge Roy Moore

You were typical brainless Donald Trump, the loudmouthed carnival huckster. It was obvious that if you were elected, the country would have a poor chance of surviving. If Hillary or any of the rest got in, the country had absolutely no chance of survival. A slim chance is better than no chance. You were marginally better than the rest of the atrocious lot presenting themselves. Under these conditions, I voted for you and would again. But if you want respect from me, you need to grow up and clean up your act

I'm beginning to think Moore will not win by more than 12%-15%. I had thought it could be an even bigger rout. So ends the short corrupt Senate tenure of Luther Strange.
