(KMOV.com) -- A robocall you may have either hung up on or completely ignored may land you $900 in your bank account.
In a class action lawsuit, Charvat v. Resort Marketing Group, Resort Marketing Group made automated phone calls offering a free cruise. The problem is, those phone calls violated the Telephone Consumer Act, which places restrictions on telemarketers, according to the lawsuit.
You can find out if you're eligible for the payout here.
Resort Marketing Group is a third party travel agency and referred to themselves as "Travel Services" during the calls. They made the calls to offer free cruises with Carnival, Royal Caribbean or Norwegian Cruise lines.
If you received one of these calls between July 2009 and March 2014, you may be eligible for a payout up to $900. Each call you received can net you up to $300, and you can claim up to three calls per phone number.
