(Angry Patriot) The ambush on Baton Rouge Police last July has not been forgotten by the police, their families, or the rest of us patriots. Now, Black Lives Matter is going to remember it too. One of the police officers wounded in this ambush has filed a lawsuit against five Black Lives Matters leaders. His attorneys filed the lawsuit on Friday and named BLM leaders, DeRay Mckesson and Johnetta Netta Elzie as plaintiffs (via The Advocate).
The lawsuit alleges that Black Lives Matter, declared a virtual war on police. The result was the Baton Rogue ambush that left three dead and three injured, including one Deputy Sheriffs permanent disability.
This honorable man, Sheriffs Deputy Nick Tullier, was shot three times during the ambush, leaving him permanently disabled. The lawsuit seeks a minimum of $75,000, which is a small price to compensate a man for a permanent disability.
To this day, the Sheriffs Deputy has severely limited mobility and can only answer basic questions with head movement. He was shot three times, including once in the head.
The attorneys lawsuit also refers to 11 police deaths and nine police injuries, which they argue was caused directly by BLM and their supporters.
Gavin Long, the shooter, is also named in the lawsuit. His attack killed two officers, Matthew Gerald and Montrell Jackson, as well as one Sheriffs Deputy, Brad Garafola.
The lawsuit also argues that Black Lives Matter knew or should have known that violently mentally disturbed persons would be aroused by their call to violence and retribution to police for the deaths of black men.
Liberals are happy to blame conservatives for Right-wing violence, yet they will never admit that their anti-police rhetoric threatens the lives of law enforcement. Sarah Palin was blamed for the 2011 shooting of Gabby Giffords over a website image depicting a target over the congresswomans district on an election map. Liberals claim that chanting What do we want? Dead cops! could not possibly lead to violence.
The lawsuit does not draw direct connections between the shooter and Black Lives Matter leaders, but the lawsuit should not have to. We accept that the lone wolves behind terror attacks were inspired by ISIS, even if they never communicated directly with the terrorist organization.
It is clear that the violent rhetoric of Black Lives Matter can inspire similar terror attacks against police, even if the shooter did not meet with the activists.
Our thoughts and prayers go out to Deputy Nick Tullier, and we wish him the best in this lawsuit.

As time passes and American negroes continue their riotous criminal behavior and the murder of innocent police they fail to realize that any advancements made 60 years will be gone with the wind.
I hope this victim of negro violence gets millions.
This Obama-created BLM is a bunch of criminals period. They should be arrested every time they blow their nose. They were in the Oval Office often to receive their instructions. Murdering police in our country has taken place all too often just because they do not like anyone in a blue uniform. These thugs are all a bunch of cowards as they have to ambush their targets. Every law enforcement officer in this country ought to have access to a machine gun, then let's see these groups start getting what they are asking for, a battle to death.
Shoot all rioters on sight!
