The suspect for the shooting at a congressional baseball practice on Wednesday has been identified as James T. Hodgkinson, a home inspector from Illinois. The Washington Post first identified the 66-year-old Belleville resident as the suspect who fired at a practice in Alexandria, Va., injuring five people. Police did not immediately reveal a motive for the shooting. Hodgkinson ran a home inspection business, JTH Inspections, in Belleville. He left that job at the end of 2016, according to his Facebook page. On two Facebook accounts, Hodgkinson regularly posted statuses opposing President Trump and Hillary Clinton, while praising Bernie Sanders. “Trump is a Traitor. Trump Has Destroyed Our Democracy. It's Time to Destroy Trump & Co.,” he wrote in one March Facebook post. Hodgkinson showed strong support for Sanders, the socialist senator who challenged Clinton for the Democratic presidential nomination. One of his Facebook pages features a Sanders picture as its cover photo, and the other has a profile picture of Sanders depicted as Uncle Sam. Poster Comment: This loser was a staunch supporter of the communist Bernie Sanders. He wanted to kill all Republicans, especially President Trump.

His motive is obviously a total mystery that will never be solved.
He also expressed anger with President Donald Trump and Republican Congressmen. One of his most recent posts says: "Trump is a Traitor. Trump Has Destroyed Our Democracy. It's Time to Destroy Trump & Co." It is not uncommon for an extreme emotional dislike to become uncontrollable and develop into deep feelings of anger, disgust and a disposition towards hostility. The frustration, apathy and animosity of uncontrolled hatred can easily become an ego state that either leads an individual actively to seek to destroy the source of unhappiness or passively incite and prompts others by egging them on.
If only we could determine his motive...

He publically stated his hatred for Trump and Republicans. He asked if those on the ballfield were Republicans or Democrats. He was told they were Republicans and he then opened fire. When is the media going to ask Bernie Sanders and the DNC to apologize for this guys actions? Why have they not condemned the DNC for promoting policies that create these kinda crazy killers???????????? Webster’s Dictionary defines anger as “a strong feeling of displeasure or animosity” and hate as ”an intense hostility and aversion usually deriving from fear, anger or a sense of injury.” One on-line dictionary definitions “hate” as “a feeling of dislike so strong that it demands action”
Anger and hate are entirely two different things. Anger is usually a healthy human emotion that is completely normal unless it gets out of control and turns to hate which easily gets out of control and turns destructive.
