Cops arrested a Queens middle school teacher Wednesday for grabbing a student’s hand and twisting it hard enough to cause a sprained finger, officials said. Police were called to Intermediate School 145 — known as the Joseph Pulitzer School — on 80th St. in Jackson Heights Wednesday. There, officers arrested Ramiro Cruz, 52, also of Jackson Heights, and charged him with assault. The student suffered a sprained left middle finger, police said.
