Just now heard on Fox News that Ted Cruz, a fellow Houston homeboy, has a great idea. Instead of making the American taxpayer fund Trump's wall, or even Mexico for that matter, Cruz is proposing making El Chapo pay for it. El Chapo (the Mexican drug lord now in US custody) has a net worth of 14 billion dollars and Trump's wall costs 14 billion dollars. Problem solved.
