Instead of making the American taxpayer fund Trump's wall, or even Mexico for that matter, Cruz is proposing making El Chapo pay for it. El Chapo (the Mexican drug lord now in US custody) has a net worth of 14 billion dollars and Trump's wall costs 14 billion dollars. Problem solved.

I haven't read all the details of Cruz's bill that he has already introduced to congress, but I'm thinking that all we have to do is tell El Chapo that we are going to execute him if he does not turn over all his assets and he will do it. Looks like a piece of cake if you ask me.
