North Korea can barely get their missiles off the ground. They are no threat to the United States.

They could park a freighter off the coast with Chinese / Russian Scuds on deck. Or, they could simply drive a warhead(s) across our southern border, and park it/them in anycity USA. Never, never underestimate a potential adversary. Unless you are Klateu, and you have Gort with you!
