Rep. Peter Roskam (R-IL) went on with Stewart Varney on Thursday morning to discuss recent developments on Capitol Hill. Roskam told Stewart House Republicans are planning of filing criminal charges against Lois Lerner. Rep. Roskam: The Obama Administration was very lenient with the crimes that Lois Lerner committed. And those are strong words that I’m using but the House Ways and Means Committee voted out a criminal referral to the Department of Justice which was completely dismissed by the Department of Justice… We think that Lois Lerner did two things wrong. Number one, she denied people due process and equal protection of the law based on their political philosophy. We’re convinced that there is overwhelming evidence to suggest that that’s true. And that’s a felony. Secondly, we suspect that she lied to the Inspecter General of the Treasury Department. Via Varney and Co.: More than 30 lawmakers sent a letter to President Trump last week calling for Obama’s IRS Commissioner, John Koskinen to step down from his post before the end of his term, Fox News reported. I'll believe this is real when I see it,and when she is actually brought up on charges. How many times have we heard about stuff like this since the first term of Bubba Bill? How many times has any of the Dim people faced felony charges,been convicted,and sent to prison? This is nothing but unicorn farts. Bright,flashy things to distract the people and convince them that they "really do matter and we still have justice for all in this country". BOYCOTT PAYPAL AND CLOSE YOUR PP ACCOUNTS NOW! ENCOURAGE OTHERS TO DO SO,TOO! ISLAM MEANS SUBMISSION! Why is democracy held in such high esteem when it’s the enemy of the minority and makes all rights relative to the dictates of the majority? (Ron Paul,2012) American Indians had open borders. Look at how well that worked out for them.
Now Lerner is playing her victim card, saying that she's afraid of Tea Party death threats if they don't seal the record of her criminality at the IRS. WashTimes: Lois Lerner demands secrecy, blames death threats over IRS tea party targeting I'd like to see them go after Holder as well.
Someone correct me if I'm wrong,but isn't her request a virtual admission of guilt? Seems to me to be the equivalent of offering to testify against yourself in exchange for immunity. That's not going to happen. As a Halfrican,he is a member of the Master Race,and can not be arrested or charged with any crime. Besides,he has the goods on too many people on both sides of the aisle due to his former position with the alleged Justice Department,and you can be certain he would play the "Mutual Assured Destruction Card" if anyone tried. No. It's the Snowflake Defense. If you make my alleged crimes public, I'll get death threats. So you need to seal those records and let me go free so I'm not traumatized by people making threats because I used the power of the IRS to make their lives miserable, invade and subvert their religious freedom, etc. You see, it's a very reasonable request. I hope Sessions nails her hide to the wall. And Koskinen along with her.
