A memo from Britain’s ambassador to Washington, Sir Kim Darroch, to Prime Minister Theresa May made the point that Ivanka’s concern was a “significant influence in the Oval Office,” according to The Sunday Times of London. Darroch noted that President Trump was “genuinely shaken” by televised pictures of the 87 civilians killed in a chemical attack.
