According to [her father], the presence of so many Asians and Pacific Islanders made her uncomfortable [when she went to school in HI]: "They were a minority type thing and it wasn't glamorous, so she came home." Wow. Is this woman's head, and the Republicans who support her, filled with rocks or something?

Inuits and Asians are two different peoples. Yup. One group speaks the Inuit language,and one speaks Asian languages. Alaskans like Canadians do not consider thme Asian. So what? That does mean they are right. Eskimos share DNA with Asians.
It's late,I'm tired,and it's been a long time since I researched this,but the Asians crossed the land bridge from Europe. The ones that kept going became Asians. The slackers that stopped part way became Eskimos. How bleeping lazy and lacking in ambition do you have to be to not walk out of the snow and ice like everybody else did?
If they were slackers, they would never have survived. The Eskimos have to be some of the toughest most resourceful people in the world.

FYI. "Eskimo" is not what those native people call themselves, they are the Inuit in the north, and the Yupik in the south, (the spellings vary.) The word "eskimo" is almost exactly like the word "gook" in derivation, it was hung on two completely different peoples by outsiders.

BTW,Ron White does a routine about "The Inuit People". Seems like he was booked into a club in Alaska to do his comedy routine,and had to stay there a couple of days. After looking around a little he made a comment about them along the line of "My GOD,these people are ugly!",and the Inuit Jesse Jackson wrote him a strongly worded letter of protest saying something real similar to "The Inuit are a proud people with a proud history,and it's unfair for you to insult them. We are already facing a declining population base......" Ron White's response was,"See? I wasn't insulting them. They are so ugly they don't even want to hump each other."
How would they have know anything about any of this 20,000 years ago when they decided to park it on the ice and eat blubber?
