I want to make sure that I'm abiding by the stated rules, but I don't see them anywhere. Aside from that...hello all! Glad to be here.

You are talking mega-bucks, and lots of associated costs in a partial server upgrade. Bridge work too. If people were willing to pay for it LP could have this feature, but so far the money hasn't been coming in.

Yes there is a private mail function.
LP doesn't have one.
There is control over where the sidebar appears. It's controlled by template files that shape how the forum looks. These template files are specific to LF. I guess for now just let me know what you want showing up where.
This board uses the private reply and edit features of Pinguinite. Way cool.
