Why should Trump have to work with Obama appointees?
They're not partisan appointees. They're career staffers who span multiple administrations.
Trump is damaging the State Department Infrastrucure... the Institutional Memory that provides stability, congruity & continuity to our foreign policy.

Some are partisan appointees while the majority are not….but they are worse than partisan appointees.
They are confirmed loyal diehard “card carrying” Democrats whose employment span multiple administrations and need to be "drained from the swamp.”

When people kill, not being aware what they do, it is a manslaughter, not murder.
Just my opinion.
I am NOT a legal expert,but I THINK "manslaughter" is a big gray zone in the law,where it is not clear the doer's life was at risk,but it's not really clear it wasn't,either.
This way a jury of his or her peers,proving his or her peers are retired geezers with nothing else to do,bored housewives,or unemployed men,get to make the call instead of a judge.
And of course,it is probably rare in cases where the defendant is charged with manslaughter for the defendant to get serious prison time,or for them to not be able to return a "justifiable homicide" verdict. After all,if it was murder,the charge should have been murder.
