This happened back in January. Why should Trump have to work with Obama appointees? He wants his own people there.

They are confirmed loyal diehard “card carrying” Democrats whose employment span multiple administrations and need to be "drained from the swamp.” Records show that of the roughly $2 million that federal workers from 14 agencies spent on presidential politics by the end of September [2016], about $1.9 million, or 95 percent, went to the Democratic nominee’s campaign. Employees at all the agencies analyzed, without exception, are sending their campaign contributions overwhelmingly to Clinton over her Republican counterpart. Oh, ABSOLUTELY he should be….but ONLY when there is proven and conviction of, “Treason, Bribery, or other High Crimes and Misdemeanors." None of this has happened….and therefore, you are simply making a radically emotional statement.
